Why do a Discovery Call first?

Coaching really only works if there is a mutual fit between us. The Discovery Call is your opportunity to ask questions, get a sense of my vibe, and hear more about my style. At the same time, I'll want to hear about you and what you're aiming to explore in order to in order to judge if it's something I can help with.

How to book a package after our Discovery Call:

If we are both a yes to working with each other, then I'll send you an invoice to book the package you choose via email along with an online scheduling link and a few kick off documents.

Dating and Relationship Coaching

This is the best place to start if dating, or relationship repair, is your primary focus. This is for:

  • Single people who want to be in a relationship they love

  • Couples at a crossroad

Dating and Relationship Coaching is right for you if:

  • You want to be your best self and be in your relationship - without as much baggage

  • You want to be with the right person for you - in a relationship you both feel loved and supported by

  • You need a safe space to work through a recurring relationship pattern - and get un-stuck - whether that's as a single person or as a couple.

A coach helps you see your hidden needs, integrate all your parts, and love with your whole self.

How a Session Works

In our coaching sessions, we'll use a circling-based and parts work approach to explore "you." We may experiment with an exercise or two, and each sessions ends with an actionable homework assignment - this might be an exercise, an assessment, a task you set, or a daily practice. 

How the Coaching Process Works

• We will explore all of the elements that make you, you - in the most welcoming, non-judgemental way.  • We'll explore the patterns and parts that may be holding you back. • You'll learn the lessons the lessons those patterns and parts are trying to teach you, fill the needs of those parts, and release what is no longer serving you. • You'll come to know and own your needs and desires. You will feel seen and accepted just as you are - empowering you to do the same.

For Couples

The process is similar, but we'll work together one and one as well as in joint sessions. Our joint sessions may: 

• Include guided Authentic Relating and Nonviolent Communication exercises to help you explore a pattern in real-time • Involve one partner silently witnessing the other partner in a circling session • Assessments to help you understand your individual strengths and growth opportunities, and how they can scaffold each other • Individual and couples homework exercises A relationship only fails when it is out of allignment with the highest good of the individuals within it. The aim of coaching is to hold space for the process of allignment - including repairing, growing together, setting new relationship structure, or allowing it to reach its authentic ending.

From Dating and Relationship Coaching, you'll:​

Find clarity in your path forward • evolve your emotional experiences and expression • learn to own your needs and desires • let go of patterns that no longer serve you - and the distant relationships you learned them from • find your best balance of boundaries, intimacy, and closeness • repair your sex life • feel more connected in the big and small interactions • learn tools to help you slow down in conflict and communicate well • learn to love yourself and your life as it is now, while holding a vision for what the relationship you desire • and create genuine, authentic partnership with someone you love

1 | Getting Started

For first time clients, these packages are designed to start you off on the right foot with a tempering of holistic exploration and guiding structure.

The Details:

To build our foundation, we'll do a 60 or 90 minute coaching session each week and a 30 minute scaffolding check in each week for the first month. You'll get custom homework assignments and personalized tools to support you each week. We'll use our coaching sessions to explore all the elements that make you-you, design the life you're wanting to create, and make a plan for how to bring it to reality. We'll use our check ins to scaffold support for the work you're doing by triaging any roadblocks around the homework, and get you rolling with routine.

At the end of the first month, we can Keep Growing with weekly sessions, create custom experiences, or scale our meeting cadence up or down so it's the right routine for you.

Get started with just your first month or plan ahead and add on-going weekly support with the three month package.

Once we've laid the groundwork, you can keep growing with regular sessions - and even, custom created experiences and personal workshops.

Our work together will fluctuate as you grow and evolve, but these packages are designed to give you an idea of an on-going structure. We'll talk about what's best for you as you go - including scaling up or down the time and frequency.

How long will we work together?

On average, most new clients will benefit from starting with three months of regular sessions to really get their footing. But, there really isn't a standard amount of time it takes for someone to do this best self / best life thing. IMO, it's an ever-evolving, life-long process. Some clients work with me for a few months, and some clients enjoy support for a few years - or even on-and-off as periods of life change. I've been working with my own coach on-and-off for ten years now.
